“Dr Gallagher and his staff were really wonderful. I had numerous cavities to fill and I high level of anxiety was keeping me from making the necessary appointments. The dr prescribed me some light sedatives and hot was kind and gentle during the whole appointment. It meant so much to be that everyone there was aware of my fear and the gently reassured me though the whole process. Next time I have a cavity, I don’t be as determined to avoid making the appointment.”

Jesse Gallagher

Dr. Gallagher began pursuing a career in dentistry to combine his skills in the biological sciences with the opportunity to live in a smaller, rural area where he could enjoy the outdoors and raise a family. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from a university in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and was then admitted to Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine — one of the most technologically advanced dental schools in the country.

With strong tactile skills, scientific curiosity, and a deep compassion for helping others, Dr. Gallagher completed four years of dental school and was awarded a Doctorate in Dental Medicine in 2008.

A native of Northern California, Dr. Gallagher moved to Medford, Oregon, with his wife in 2008. She is an Oregon native, a graduate of Southern Oregon University, and an established optometrist. They have three children: McKenzie, Finn, and Taryn. When not working, they enjoy skiing and exploring Southern Oregon’s beautiful outdoors.
